What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form or Live chat box.
Do you accept returns?
At The Cultured Canine Pawtique, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have different refund policies for handmade items and curated apparel items.
Please read the guidelines below to understand our policies:
Handmade Items
At The Cultured Canine Pawtique, each handmade item is crafted with care and attention to detail. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for handmade products.
However, we stand behind the quality of every item we create and want you to love your order. Please note the following:
> Handmade items may have slight variations in patterns, coloration, stitching, and texture. These characteristics are natural and part of the handmade process.
> All measurements are approximate, as each piece is cut by hand. We recommend sizing up if you are uncertain about sizing.
If your item does not meet your expectations or you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Curated Apparel Items (Third-Party Products)
For curated apparel items, which are ordered directly from third-party manufacturers, our return and refund policy is as follows:
> Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
> Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
> Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I cancel my order?
Handmade Orders:
Handmade orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after the order was placed. You must email us at bark@culturedcaninepawtique.com.
Please note: If production has started for handmade items then it can NOT be cancelled.
Curated Collection Orders (Third-Party Items):
Curated collection items CAN NOT be cancelled once they are placed. There is no way to halt production on these items.
How do I track the progress of an order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an Text notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through 'contact us' form.Is it safe to use my credit/debit card at this website? We use third-party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries are PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures all cardholders’ data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely by using the industry-standard encryption technology.
